Developing Leaders Tour of the Panoramic Micro-Unit Housing

Join the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and NAIOP San Francisco Chapter for a tour of The Panoramic, a 12-story, mixed-use development in the heart of SOMA featuring 160 micro-units. This dense and efficient building includes studios as small as 274 square feet, with shared common space on each floor and a rooftop garden. Located just five-minutes from the Civic Center BART Station and across the street from Twitter, The Panoramic is car free. Sign up to hear from the development team, Panoramic Interests, and walk through the building. The tour will be followed with drinks at Bcc Bar, located on the ground floor.
