Six ballot measures will define how certain land use decisions are made in San Francisco, making the 2015 election night in the city one of the most interesting in the last few years. Join us for a lively discussion and debate about what is at stake and how this year’s voters’ decisions could impact the real estate industry not just in San Francisco, but throughout the region, as well.

Prop F: Short-Term Residential Rentals
Prop I: Suspension of Market-Rate Development in the Mission District
Prop J: Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund
Prop K: Surplus Public Lands
