474 Natoma Tour

Join us for a tour of the newly-completed 474 Natoma Street Apartments. The project, developed by BRIDGE Housing Corporation and designed by Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects and Saida and Sullivan Design Partners, is located in SoMa and includes 57 affordable family rental units within nine concrete buildings. The majority of the units are one, two and three-bedroom flats, with three two-bedroom townhomes on the ground floor. Amenities include a rooftop deck, laundry facilities, community room, parking garage and central landscaped court. The tour will be led by BRIDGE Senior Project Manager Smitha Seshadri. If you can’t make the tour, do not worry. We will enjoy a happy hour at Showdown on 6th and Market afterward. All are welcome!
