The proposed project would replace a long–vacant movie theater with 90 homes in a 90–foot, eight–story building, with ground–floor commercial space and subsurface parking.

2155 WEBSTER ST.
This is an adaptive reuse project. Trumark Urban will redevelop the existing structure, which formerly hosted the University of Pacific’s Dugoni School of Dentistry, and repurpose it for 95 condominium units. The adjacent parking lot will instead be used for seven new townhomes.
