OAKLAND A’S HOWARD TERMINAL
This innovative project brings a brand new professional ballpark to the city of Oakland along with 3,000 residential homes of mixed affordability, providing more much needed homes in the Oakland area, along with retail space, office space, and 18.3 acres of new waterfront parks and open space.

1750 BROADWAY
HAC is pleased to announce our endorsement of Rubicon Point Partners’ proposed project at 1750 Broadway in Oakland, California. After an extensive presentation from the project team, our Project Review Committee determined the proposal would help to alleviate the housing affordability and displacement crisis by creating well-designed new homes centered around local and regional transit.

MANDELA STATION
This proposed project, built on top of a major BART station, will create a new cultural hub in the neighborhood by opening up adjacent streets, allowing opportunities for art projects, and creating 762 new homes (240 of which are affordable units).
