Homes, Parks and Urbanism at Potrero 1010

After over a decade of planning and approvals, the 453 apartments at 1010 16th Street are finally completed. This large development at the base of Potrero Hill transformed what was once was paint factory into a large, mixed-use development with a one-acre park and Production, Distribution and Repair (PDR) space. Now that the project is finally completed, it’s time to take a look inside! Join SFHAC and the project developer and architect, Equity Residential and David Baker Architects, for a tour inside the now vibrant space.
