AVA 55 Ninth Tour

Join us for a tour of one of Mid-Market’s brand new residential developments. AVA 55 Ninth is a 273-unit mixed-use project that comes with numerous ammenities, including artwork from the local community, on-site retail and a 10,000 square foot courtyard. The transit-oriented project also has 33 Below-Market-Rate (BMR) units located on-site.
Joe Kirchofer of Avalon Bay, the project’s developer, and Matt Benz of Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the architect, will take us through the site. Come ready with questions! Afterwards, join us for a happy hour drink at Club 93, located next door.
