The Housing Action Coalition is pleased to endorse Harvest Properties, Inc. & Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc.’s Bespoke project, which will transform an underutilized site in Downtown San Mateo into a vibrant mixed-use development. This project will bring 71 100% affordable homes, office and retail space, and a dedicated area for Self-Help for the Elderly. Thoughtfully designed with widened sidewalks, open spaces, and community-oriented features, it will foster a more walkable, accessible, and transit-friendly neighborhood.
