Regulatory Committee: The Economics of Inclusionary Housing

Please join us for a nut-and-bolts discussion of the economic analysis of the Sups. Kim-Peskin charter amendment to raise the Inclusionary housing rate to 25 percent. We will have long-time RegComm favorite, Dr. Ted Egan, the City’s chief economist to present his recently released findings. This is a topic that will have enormous influence on future housing policy – it’s a not-to-miss opportunity. All SFHAC business and organization members are welcome to attend.
