Ballot Analysis and Project Review Committee: Mission Rock

Our Project Review Committee will review the plans for Mission Rock, which proposes to build up to 1,500 new rental homes on Pier 48, the old parking lot south of AT&T Park. It will be developed by the San Francisco Giants. Housing will be integrated with parks, retail and office space. This project will go before the voters in the upcoming November election. The SF Housing Action Coalition will takes the organization’s official position on the project upon reviewing it at this meeting.
Project Review Committee meetings are open to business and organization members of the SF Housing Action Coalition. We encourage a diverse attendance in order to ensure we have holistic representation of the organization.
