Pier 70 Update and Community Tour

Forest City invites you to join them for an afternoon tour of Pier 70, as well as an opportunity to discuss major features of the future revitalization of this part of the Pier 70 waterfront. Subject matter experts in transportation, sustainability, infrastructure, landscape architecture and urban design will be on-hand to walk through key facets of the project design. They will have food, local wine and beer and music entertainment. This Open House coincides with Halloween Family Day at Pier 70, a FREE great family-friendly daytime event: Sneak Peak Ghost Ship Halloween takes place from 12pm – 5pm.  They will have a Circus Bella, a bouncy house, face painting, our 2nd annual dog costume contest at 3pm, a corn box, candy and a Ferris Wheel. Bring your kids for Halloween fun!

Directions: Beginning at the intersection of Illinois Street and 22nd Street, continue east on 22nd Street through the large chain-link gate, around a slight curve and down the pathway to Building 12, a large metal historic building. Please note that there is no parking at this venue.
