Regulatory Committee: The Ins and Outs of the City’s BMR Program

Sophie Hayward from the Mayors Office of Housing and Community Development will be share with us the ins and outs of San Francisco’s below-market-rate (BMR) housing program. The presentation will include the facts and figures around how residents get into BMR homes and what developers need to do to get inclusionary units into their projects.
