Regulatory Committee: The Future of SF’s Inclusionary Housing Program

December 11, 2015 @ 8:30 am - 10:00 am PST

Mayor Lee recently announced he plans to introduce a ballot measure for the November 2016 election that would raise the inclusionary requirements for market-rate developments. This would require an amendment to the City charter and change the affordability levels that the voters passed with the passage of Prop C in 2012. This is potentially a BIG deal. Jeff Buckley, the Mayor’s Senior Advisor on Housing Policy, will discuss the measure further and what we can expect leading up to the election. If you’re interested in where San Francisco inclusionary housing is going next year, you’ll want to attend this discussion.
Speaker
Jeff Buckley | Mayor’s Senior Advisor on Housing Policy
All SFHAC business and organization members are encouraged to attend.
