Regulatory Committee: Housing Elements and Berkeley’s Affordable Housing Overlay

We will be hearing from two presenters at our Regulatory Committee.
We’ll be joined by YIMBY Law Executive Director Sonja Trauss and Bryan Wenter to discuss how cities are approaching their Housing Element work, and by Berkeley City Councilmember Terry Taplin to discuss his Affordable Housing Overlay proposal.
