Regulatory Committee: Factory OS

At this Regulatory Committee meeting, our guest speaker will be Rick Holliday, Founder of Factory OS, a new factory in Vallejo that creates prefabricated homes. Rick recently made headlines when Google announced it will purchase 300 homes from Factory OS. Rick will discuss his plans for the factory and why he believes modular housing can be a solution to address the housing shortage.
