Project Review Committee: The Kirkham Project

We will review the plans for a proposed mixed-use development on the west side Twin Peaks, at 5th Street and Kirkham Avenue. The proposal includes up to 460 homes, as well as retail, open space and improvements to the pedestrian realm.
