Hayes Valley Living at 400 Grove

September 23, 2015 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm PDT

Located at the corner of Grove and Gough, 400 Grove brings 34 new homes to the vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood. It marks another successful addition to community under the framework of the Market-Octavia Plan. The building includes a mix of junior one-, one- and two-bedroom homes with a central courtyard filled with bamboo groves. The incoming residents will enjoy living just steps away from the areas many shops, cafes and restaurants. Join the SF Housing Action Coalition (SFHAC) and the project developer and architect for a tour inside the building and learn how this development came to be. Afterwards, we’ll grab a drink at Brass Tacks. Sign up below. This event is open to all SFHAC members.
