Hayes Valley Living at 400 Grove

Located at the corner of Grove and Gough, 400 Grove brings 34 new homes to the vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood. It marks another successful addition to community under the framework of the Market-Octavia Plan. The building includes a mix of junior one-, one- and two-bedroom homes with a central courtyard filled with bamboo groves. The incoming residents will enjoy living just steps away from the areas many shops, cafes and restaurants.
