Affordable Housing Bonus Program WEBINAR

The Affordable Housing Bonus Program provides incentives for developers to include more affordable housing for low, moderate, and middle income households. Development bonuses, such as increased density, would be offered on a graduated scale based on the percentage of affordable units provided.
Join staff from San Francisco Planning as they give an overview of the Affordable Housing Bonus Program via informational webinar. Participants can join online using WebEx technology or conference call. Details on participating in the Webinar, including submitting questions, will be provided upon RSVP.
