1400 Mission Street Tour

Located in the the evolving SoMa neighborhood, 1400 Mission Street brings 190 “middle-income” for-sale homes to a transit-rich location. This project, a partnership between Tishman Speyer and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), is the off-site to Lumina and will serve residents earning between 90 and 150 percent of the area-median-income (AMI).
